This is a modified version of the Floppy Dragonfly, which originally came from Thingiverse. The top pattern is actually the PEI pattern of the build plate. I printed this for my wife, who loves dragonflies.
I imported the original stl file into Blender and fixed a few issues with faces that were overlapping, non-flat or very small. I added in the indentations for the eyes. To create the negative geometry for the wings, a difference boolean operation was done with an appropriately positioned very flat cube. All that was left to do were a few height adjustments, and geometry cleanup.
This was sliced with Luban and is printed with FOOD Safe PLA Black Licorice from filaments.ca and eSun Silk Magic PLA. I used a skirt at 0.2mm, which acts as a brim with fewer contact points. Both filaments were printed at 210C with a standby temperature of 160C and a bed temperature of 65C. Retraction was set to 0.6mm and there was no wipe tower. Layer thickness was 0.28mm for the first layer and 0.20mm for the rest. The printing speeds were 40 outer, 80 inner and 160 infill. Infill pattern was Gyriod at 15%.
The stl files can be downloaded here.
